We should remark that Caposele is more than ten miles from
Oliveto, and thus it would be, naturally speaking, quite impossible
such a distance to distinguish the convent windows.
Notwithstanding, St. Gerard's prediction was fulfilled to the letter.
During the rest of his life the mysterious signal was clearly visible at
Oliveto. It vanished only at his death.
